Precise Concentric Circle Formation
Unlike the general process of positioning through the thimble, the cast urethane process uses high- and low-temperature hardeners to cope with different hardening temperatures. Initially, the low-temperature hardener quickly solidifies, precisely positioning the ball's center. Subsequently, the high-temperature phardener initiates its action by cross-linking and polymerizing as the temperature rises. This process ensures a concentric distribution of the ball's skin and its center, preventing any deviation from the path due to a shift in the center of gravity. The ball's path won't deviate due to a shift in the center of gravity.
